Depositing a track

Depositing fixes the rights to a work in the NDP registry with a mathematically verifiable priority. It is not an OCU (collective rights organization) registration and not a transfer of rights: you provably anchor "this content belonged to this rights holder at this moment".

What's included

Component What it is
ADNA fingerprint 256-byte spectral audio fingerprint. Robust to re-encoding (MP3/OGG/AAC), container changes, pitch and tempo within ±8%.
NDT manifest Machine-readable rights passport: holders, splits (Σ=100), ISRC, licence terms, sonic DNA. Embedded into MP3/FLAC losslessly.
Registry record ISRC + ADNA + splits in the Stage 0 registry with a priority timestamp.
Certificate Public deposit page with a number, presentable to third parties.

Pricing

  • 490 ₽ — one track;
  • 990 ₽ — extended package (see buy.html).

Payment via the payment partner (Platega, SBP instant payments) in the bot; requests are accepted in @NORMALDANCE.

Derivative works

Using someone else's material (sample, remix, cover) is not an obstacle — it is the protocol's core scenario:

  • the manifest points to the parent record (parent_isrc);
  • a parent split automatically routes a share to the original creator;
  • the cascade works up to 10 levels deep: sample → track → remix → adaptation.

The oracle shows the lineage: similarity 0.75–0.90 = "derivative", with per-source attribution via ADNA v2 windowed signatures.

Priority and disputes

  • The registry record timestamp proves priority (who deposited first).
  • Two identical titles don't conflict: uniqueness is defined by the fingerprint, not the name.

Stage 0

Deposits currently run in a hybrid mode (request + operator). Full self-service in the cabinet (pay-and-register in one click) is Stage 1.
