Rights-holder passport¶
The NDP passport is a verified identity in the protocol (Proof of Humanity standard). One human — one passport. Tracks can be deposited without one, but the full circuit (device keys, audit requests, agent mandates) requires a verified subject.
Three verification paths¶
| Path | For whom | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| label | Label artists: trust is delegated from a verified organization | immediately active |
| indie_kyc | Independent authors: identity check | 48-hour quarantine, then activation |
| community | The scene: endorsements from active subjects | 14-day quarantine + 3 endorsements |
Quarantine is not a block¶
A freshly minted passport gets quarantine status until quarantine_until.
After the deadline the passport does not activate itself: the owner must
press activate in the cabinet (or an operator does). Activation is a live
recheck: the deadline has passed, and for community — endorsements are still
valid.
Statuses: quarantine → active → (on violations) suspended.
How minting works¶
- An identity commitment is formed — the SHA-256 hash of a unique personal identifier. The identifier itself never enters the registry, only the hash (152-FZ, data sovereignty).
- A device key is generated — it signs §7.1 event receipts. Up to 10 keys per subject.
- The passport receives an NDP-ID (UUID) and, in the blockchain circuit, an SBT passport (ERC-5192, non-transferable).
Checking a passport¶
Public check by NDP-ID — on the artist card or via the API
GET /subjects/{ndp_id}. Active passports are visible in the
stats.
